VANTAGE Real Estate opened for business in 1991 as Laing Realty Pty Ltd. With our first landmark sale, at Springfield Gardens Towers, Potts Point in January 1992, we were able to demonstrate the full strength of our sales and marketing abilities. We offered a total service package, including executive leasing and professional management for the purchases of these 125 one and two bedroom apartments. The outstanding success of this project was the direct result of our approach and has since led to sales of many other new developments by VANTAGE.
